In its first year of operations, GreenOil has secured long term access to 2000 hectares of wasteland, established two collaborative research relationships, entered into a long term operational relationship that reduces operational costs significantly, has  completed its first wave of plantations on 110 hectares, has established nurseries for further plantations on 1000 hectares, and is now proceeding with the next phase of extracting oil and conducting trial electricity generation with it.

In short, GreenOil has made rapid progress in meeting all its mission objectives, and is well on its way to becoming a producer of biofuels as well as renewable energy.

Therefore, we are now seeking expressions of interest from serious investors in the renewable energy / biofuels space, investors who have faith in the vision, and patience. Investors who would be comfortable putting in a mixture of debt and equity, and have the staying power to work and grow with GreenOil.

Global stalwarts like Mercedes-Benz, Rolls Royce and Boeing have tested biodiesel produced from the seeds of trees like Jatropha curcas, grown on wasteland. They have found it to be a drop-in-replacement for diesel and aviation fuel, meaning that no modifications are needed in engines or jets for using it.

They also found it to be a sustainable, second generation bio fuel, meaning that it is environmentally, socially as well as economically sustainable. So the consumers of biodiesel have ratified it at the very highest level, and see themselves using it over the coming decades.

The generation of energy from environmentally safe, renewable sources is a global concern, and an important investment destination.
